If you are looking for a host that can handle tens of hundreds of players in different locations, look for a more powerful paid host.

He never asked permission and knows he's not allowed to download or install anything, and claims that he wasn't required to do either. aternos.org but better This is basically server hosting from people that made aternos, but it's better as it doesn't have the queue, you can choose RAM for your server and import your own plugins/mods/server settings.
